Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old to use Elev8. Accounts belonging to anyone under 18 will be removed immediately.

You need to provide accurate information about yourself, use your real name and real photos, and only maintain one active account.

Elev8 exists for people who want intentional, aligned connections. Every member is expected to lead with respect, kindness, honesty, and curiosity.

• Treat every member the way you'd want to be treated.
• Be honest about who you are, what you're looking for, and where you're at.
• Assume good intent, communicate clearly, and follow through on your word.
• Protect the privacy of anyone you meet on the app — don't screenshot, share, or post their content without permission.

We have zero tolerance for harassment, hate speech, discrimination of any kind, threats, sexual content involving minors, scams, spam, solicitation, impersonation, doxxing, or any other inappropriate content or behavior. Any of the above results in immediate removal and, where required, reporting to law enforcement.

Elev8 helps facilitate introductions. It does not supervise conversations, chaperone meet-ups, or guarantee that any member is safe to meet. You are responsible for your own interactions and safety when communicating with or meeting other members.

Joining and using the app is completely your responsibility. Meet in public, tell a friend where you'll be, trust your gut, and use the report and block tools whenever something feels off.

To keep the community safe, every member must verify their identity when they join by submitting a government-issued photo ID and/or a live selfie. You will also be asked to re-verify with a live selfie every 12 months. Accounts that don't complete verification will lose access to messaging and matching.

We may warn, suspend, or terminate any account that violates these Terms or our community guidelines, at our discretion. You can also close your account at any time from your settings.

Paid plans (Inner Circle, Elev8) and one-time digital guide purchases are billed through our third-party payment processors. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Digital goods (guides) are delivered instantly and, because of that, are generally non-refundable. If something goes wrong with a purchase, contact us and we'll make it right.

All Elev8 content, including the app, brand, name, logos, artwork, copy, guides, assessments, level system, and any related materials are the property of Elev8 and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, resell, or repackage any Elev8 content without our written permission.

Content you post remains yours. By posting it on Elev8 you grant us a limited, worldwide license to display it on the app for the purpose of running the service.

Elev8 helps facilitate connections — it does not guarantee relationships, compatibility, matches, chemistry, or any specific outcome. Growth takes work; so does love.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elev8 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any damages or mishaps that arise from your use of the app, including but not limited to interactions with other members. We are not responsible for any damages or mishaps should they arise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes we'll let you know inside the app and update the "Last updated" date below. Continuing to use Elev8 after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
