Privacy Policy

• Account info: name, email address, phone number, date of birth, gender, location.
• Profile info: photos, video intro, bio, preferences, level answers, elevation tasks, references.
• Verification info: a government-issued photo ID and/or live selfie, plus a re-verification selfie every 12 months.
• Assessment answers: the responses you give in the 10-question assessment and your ongoing level prompts.
• Messages: the content of messages, voice notes, and calls you send through the app.
• Device & usage info: device type, operating system, IP address, app interactions, crash logs, and diagnostics.
• Payment info: handled by our payment processors; we receive confirmation and a transaction ID, not your full card number.

We use your information to create and secure your account, verify your identity, calculate alignment %, improve recommendations and matching, deliver purchases, provide customer support, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

We encrypt data in transit with HTTPS/TLS, encrypt sensitive fields at rest, restrict access to authorized personnel only, and continually monitor for suspicious activity. Verification documents are stored in a segregated system and are deleted after verification is complete or when required by law.

Your level answers, preferences, and behavior on the app are used to calculate alignment %, filter your deck to compatible members, and improve recommendations across the community. We do not sell this data to advertisers or third parties.

We will not sell or share your personal information. It is used solely for verification, matching, and safety. We work with a small set of service providers who help us run the app under strict contractual privacy obligations:

• Payment processors (e.g. Stripe) to process purchases and subscriptions.
• Identity-verification providers to check IDs and selfies.
• Cloud storage and hosting providers to run the app securely.
• Analytics and crash-reporting providers to keep the app stable and improve it. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.
• Law enforcement, only when we are legally required to do so.

You can access, update, download, or delete your personal information at any time from your account settings. You can also email privacy@elev8.app to make a request. We'll respond within 30 days.

Elev8 is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn a minor has created an account, we will delete it immediately.

We keep your account information for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we permanently remove your profile, photos, messages, and level answers within 30 days, except where limited data must be retained for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or accounting reasons.

We use industry-standard security measures — encryption, access controls, secure infrastructure, and regular audits — to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, so we also encourage you to use a strong, unique password and enable multi-factor authentication.

Joining Elev8 is completely your responsibility. We are not responsible for any damages or mishaps should they arise from your use of the app or your interactions with other members.

At the Elev8 Room, protecting the privacy and security of our users is one of our highest priorities. We implement commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect the personal information entrusted to us. However, no website, mobile application, cloud service, or electronic transmission is completely secure. By accessing or using the Elev8 Room or the Elev8 N Date app, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with using internet-based services.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Elev8 N Date app, its owners, affiliates, employees, contractors, partners, and representatives shall not be liable for any unauthorized access to, disclosure of, alteration of, loss of, theft of, or misuse of user information resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to cyber attacks, hacking, malware, phishing, unauthorized third-party conduct, telecommunications failures, internet outages, force majeure events, or failures of third-party service providers.

Users acknowledge that they voluntarily choose to submit information to the platform and assume the ordinary risks associated with online communication and data storage. Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their passwords, authentication credentials, and devices, and for any activity occurring under their account that results from their failure to adequately protect such credentials.

Nothing in this Privacy Policy guarantees absolute security. While we continuously strive to protect user information using commercially reasonable safeguards, we cannot warrant or guarantee that our systems will never be compromised. To the fullest extent permitted by law, users agree that they will not hold the Elev8 N Date app, the Elev8 Room, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, or partners liable for damages arising from unauthorized access or disclosure of information where reasonable security measures have been maintained.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date below and notify you inside the app for material changes.
